You can have the data Savrsoft holds about you deleted at any time. This page explains how, including data we obtained from Facebook or Instagram.
Facebook & Instagram data
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to Savrsoft, we store the Page or account name, its profile picture, its Meta ID and an access token that lets us publish the posts you write, plus a record of the posts you sent through us.
There are two ways to remove it, and either is enough:
- From Savrsoft — sign in, open Social, and press Disconnect next to the account. The stored token and account details are deleted immediately.
- From Facebook — open Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Savrsoft and choose Remove. Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete the connected accounts and their post history, then show you a confirmation code.
Deleting this data does not delete posts that were already published to your Facebook Page or Instagram account. Those live on Meta's systems and you control them from Facebook or Instagram directly.
Your Savrsoft account
To delete your whole Savrsoft account and everything in it — events, clients, recipes, invoices and documents — email support@savrsoft.com from the address on the account. We action verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
Some records are kept longer where the law requires it, such as invoice and payment records retained for tax and accounting purposes. We say so plainly in our Privacy Policy.

If Facebook gave you a confirmation code, paste it here to see the status of that request.
