These terms govern your access to and use of Savrsoft (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
Your account
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before it ends. The non-profit rate requires an approved tax-exempt certificate.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other customers' data.
- Don't misuse the API — respect reasonable rate limits and keep your keys confidential.
Your content
You own the recipes, menus, client records, and other data you put into Savrsoft. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you (including processing content through the providers described in our Privacy Policy). You're responsible for having the right to use the content you upload, including any client information.
AI-generated content
AI features (recipe reading, menu generation, allergen detection, translation) are provided as helpful tools and may contain errors. Always verify AI output before relying on it — especially allergen and dietary information, which affects guest safety. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to your clients.
Availability
We work to keep the Service reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can export or delete your data before closing your account.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you.
