Getting started & pricing

What is Savrsoft?
Savrsoft is all-in-one catering software that runs your whole operation in one app — recipe costing, per-event profit & loss, AI menu tools, allergen tracking, guest RSVP, proposals with online approval, invoicing with deposits, inventory, purchasing and accounting sync. It replaces the spreadsheet-plus-CRM-plus-invoicing patchwork most caterers run.
How much does it cost?
Savrsoft is $29.99/mo, or $19.99/mo for registered non-profits, with a 14-day free trial and no card required to start. Many catering platforms begin at $100+/mo.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every account starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required. Explore every feature before you pay.
Who is Savrsoft for?
Caterers, private chefs, and event and corporate catering teams of any size — from solo operators to multi-location businesses.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no long-term contract — cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page.
How do non-profits get the discounted rate?
Registered non-profits apply for the $19.99/mo rate by uploading their tax-exempt certificate in the app. Once it's verified, the discounted plan is unlocked.

Features

Can I see my profit before I send a quote?
Yes. Savrsoft's per-event P&L shows revenue, food cost, labor, rentals, supplies and bar cost — plus your margin and profit per guest — before you send a single quote.
Does Savrsoft have AI features?
Yes. The AI copilot can generate menus by course, scan a printed recipe from a photo, auto-detect FDA Big-9 allergens, write client-ready menu cards in 45+ languages, and build mise-en-place prep sheets.
How does it handle allergies and dietary needs?
Every recipe can be tagged with FDA Big-9 allergens and dietary flags (or detected automatically by AI), and each event gets a printable allergen matrix. Guests also declare dietary needs when they RSVP, so you get exact plate counts.
Can clients pay a deposit online?
Yes. Caterers connect their own Stripe or Square account, then set a deposit on any invoice — the client pays online and the money goes directly to the caterer. Savrsoft never holds your funds.
What else is included?
Proposals with online approval, guest RSVP with meal selection, branded invoicing with automatic receipts and reminders, inventory & par-level tracking, purchase orders, bar/drinks planning, seating floor-plans, staffing and run sheets, and auto-generated Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Savrsoft is an installable Progressive Web App that works on iOS and Android and runs offline at the venue — no app-store download needed.

Integrations

Does it integrate with QuickBooks and Xero?
Yes. Savrsoft syncs invoices and customers to QuickBooks Online and pushes per-event costs as COGS/expenses. Xero is available as an add-on, along with an open REST API and webhooks.
Can I use Square?
Yes — Square is available as an add-on. Caterers connect their own Square account to collect client deposits, and can optionally mirror sent invoices into Square.
Can I import events from other tools?
Yes. Savrsoft imports events from Eventbrite, and the open REST API plus webhooks let you connect it to your other software.

Data & support

Is my data secure?
Savrsoft runs on Cloudflare's global network over encrypted connections. It uses only essential cookies, never sells your data, and payment details are handled by Stripe and Square — Savrsoft never stores card numbers. See our Privacy and Security notices.
How do I get help?
Savrsoft includes a built-in Help Center with searchable guides and step-by-step walkthroughs for every section, plus a contact form to reach the team directly.
