Savrsoft runs on Cloudflare's global network over encrypted connections. It uses only essential cookies, never sells your data, and payment details are handled by Stripe and Square — Savrsoft never stores card numbers. See our Privacy and Security notices.

Yes. Set a weekly, fortnightly or monthly schedule against a client with the lines you bill each time, and Savrsoft draws up each invoice on the day it is due and leaves it unsent for you to send. Nothing is charged to anyone's card automatically. A late schedule catches up rather than skipping, and it cannot bill the same period twice.

Yes. Tick “client reimburses this at cost” on a cost line and it goes onto their invoice at cost while staying out of your margin. That matters, because counting a reimbursement as both income and an expense leaves your profit correct but makes your margin read much lower than it really is.

Yes. Record a client's allergens, diets and any notes once, and every future menu for them is checked against it. A dish whose allergens have never been analysed is flagged as unchecked rather than assumed safe. It reads the recipe text you entered, so it is a drafting aid and not a substitute for confirming with the client.

Financing is available in the United States and Canada only. Savrsoft is not a lender and not a credit broker. Subscribers in those countries can see a Financing page that introduces Cradle Capital Loans — the lender, a separate company, and one Savrsoft shares ownership with. We benefit if you borrow from them, so compare them against other lenders. We send them nothing unless you choose to. Any indicative figure shown is an estimate from your own booked revenue, not an offer, and not what a lender underwrites on — a merchant cash advance is assessed on card processing volume, which Savrsoft does not hold.
