Who is lending, and what we get out of it
Savrsoft is not the lender and is not a credit broker. The lender is Cradle Capital Loans, a separate company — and one Savrsoft shares ownership with. We benefit if you borrow from them. You should know that before you read another line, and you should compare what they offer against other lenders.
We send them nothing. Savrsoft does not pass your revenue, your invoices, your clients or anything else. You apply to Cradle directly, on their terms, and every decision is theirs. Your Savrsoft account is unaffected whether you apply, are approved, or are declined.
The eight products
Lending to food service operators — restaurants, caterers, and the businesses that supply them.
Business line of credit
Draw and repay as the season moves, rather than borrowing a lump sum you do not yet need.
Working capital loan
Short-term cash for a specific gap — a deposit, a big shop, a month with more going out than coming in.
Business term loan
A fixed amount over a fixed period, at a fixed schedule.
Equipment financing
Vans, cold storage, combi ovens — financed against the equipment itself.
Invoice factoring
Advances of roughly 80–90% of an invoice, on 30/60/90 day cycles. Usually the closest fit for catering, because the problem is normally a finished job and a client who pays next month.
Merchant cash advance
Repaid as a share of card takings. It solves the same problem as factoring and is normally the most expensive way to do it — read what it actually costs before choosing one.
Commercial real estate
Terms up to twenty-five years, for premises rather than working capital.
Land readiness
For sites being prepared ahead of development.

Borrowing costs money, and it is not the right answer to every cash-flow problem. A job that pays in 30 days and a business that is losing money on every job look similar from the bank balance and need completely different responses — and Savrsoft will show you which one you have, free, without borrowing anything.
If your margins are healthy and the gap is timing, financing can be sensible. If the margin is the problem, financing makes it worse and more expensive. Cost a few real events first.
We are not advising you. Savrsoft is not assessing you, has not pre-approved anything, and is not recommending that you borrow. Take your own advice before signing.
